FOOTBRIDGES: connecting my work in ceramics to my explorations of two-dimensional images on paper.

FOOTNOTES:  making marks on matrixes, the intriguing act of laying color over color, shape over shape, relationship on relationship, only to remove part of them again. Adding on and scraping off, layer upon layer, creating the paintings own past and present until one truth or another has been realized. The work becomes a metaphor for life’s cycles by reflecting the rhythms and patterns of life.

FOOTSTEPS: moving forward in small increments toward exhilarating discoveries of unknown dimensions.

FOOT PEDAL: propelling ideas and inspired notions toward a reality that can not be expressed in words.
