These monotypes are postcard-sized visual verses, their crystallized images drawn right out of the plate. Their spirit is envisioned at dawn and realized long before dusk. They are intimate, spontaneous and urgent little gemstones that have scrabbled their way into the world and now demand their place in it. 

I get moved by everything from the footsteps of past times to the promises of future. Natures sounds, smells and sights are also an integral force in my art-making experience.
